• “Paid Boilerplates” refer to premium templates offered for purchase with additional features or support.
• “Open-Source Boilerplates” refer to freely available templates provided under an open-source license.

3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, or using our Boilerplates, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any modifications made in the future. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Boilerplates.
4. License and Usage
4.1 Open-Source Boilerplates
Our open-source Boilerplates are distributed under the following terms:
• Licensed under MIT and Treeware license
• You may use, modify, and distribute the Boilerplate according to the terms of the license.
• Attribution to the original author(s) must be maintained as required by the open-source license.
• No warranties or liability are provided. Use at your own risk.
4.2 Paid Boilerplates
For paid Boilerplates, the following terms apply:
• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Boilerplate for personal or commercial projects.
• Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the Boilerplate is strictly prohibited.
• You may not share the Boilerplate with third parties unless explicitly permitted by the license.
• Support and updates are provided for the period specified at the time of purchase.
5. Payments and Refunds (For Paid Boilerplates)
• All payments must be made in full before downloading the paid Boilerplate.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Refunds are only provided in case of proven non-functionality, provided the issue is reported within [X days] of purchase.
• No refunds will be issued for user errors, compatibility issues, or after substantial use of the Boilerplate.
6. Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
• Use the Boilerplate for any unlawful purposes.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Boilerplate.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Boilerplate unless allowed by applicable law.

The Boilerplates are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Boilerplates will be error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific needs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Boilerplate, including but not limited to:
• Loss of data or business interruption.
• Errors or bugs in the code.
• Incompatibility with your specific environment or project.
10. Support and Updates
• Open-Source Boilerplates: Support is community-driven and provided “as available” through public repositories and forums.
• Paid Boilerplates: Limited support and updates will be provided as specified at the time of purchase.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the paid Boilerplates without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Open-source Boilerplates remain available under their respective licenses, but updates or access may be revoked.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Brussels.
